Vikram Krishnamurthy is a result driven attorney with over three years of litigation experience and a strong track record in case strategy, trial preparation, legal research, and drafting. He has developed hands-on experience in high-pressure litigation environments, representing clients across commercial, insolvency, arbitration, and enforcement-related disputes. His practice reflects a disciplined approach to advocacy, precision in legal analysis, and a consistent focus on delivering effective outcomes.

He had served as a Consultant Attorney with Surana & Surana International Attorneys, Chennai, a well-established law firm with a strong presence in arbitration, corporate, civil, and commercial matters. In this role, he has handled high-value commercial arbitration matters for corporate clients, filed civil suits and execution petitions arising from arbitral awards, and worked extensively under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, 2013, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He has also been involved in insolvency and liquidation proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai, and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Chennai Bench.

As a Junior Associate in the chambers of Senior Counsel A.K. Sriram at A.S. Kailasam & Associates, he worked on a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including SARFAESI, FEMA, HR&CE, RERA, the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act, tenancy law, and matters before the High Court of Madras and several trial courts. His experience also includes assisting the Directorate of Enforcement in proceedings involving the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
